Easy check in WAS a plus. The breakfast had variation. The staff were helpful and kind.
The hotel room window didn't close so there WAS a lot of noise all night long. There were no clear parking signs where to park exactly for hotel residents or restaurant guests. My car was towed away.

The hotel's staff showed kindness in handling a delay, and i am grateful. the breakfast had great options, and the room was very clean. I enjoyed my return trip. i loved the sheets being cleaned as requested, it was a detail i noticed and appreciated.
i found the room to be cold, and the heating system did not seem to function. this, requiring extra layers to stay warm. addressing this would greatly enhance the guest experience.

I found the location ideal for business with its proximity to the business area. The carpark access was also useful! the breakfast offered a sufficient variety of options and was very satisfying. the room was clean and quiet. I appreciated this after a long day of meetings.
during checkout, i had an unexpected charge of 15 eur for parking, despite being a hotel guest. it was quite surprising to encounter this charge.
